It was with great excitement and a touch of pre-party jitters that we launched The True Honey Co. in London in October. The whole thing kicked off with a shindig at the marvellous Providores & Tapa Room Restaurant, hosted by its owner, clever Kiwi chef done good, Peter Gordon.
Peter created a special breakfast menu for guests – using his famous poached fruit – and drizzled over our own very special honey.
The True Honey Co. founder Jim McMillan took to the microphone to tell the bright eyed collection of assembled bloggers and journalists the true story of how we got started.
And then our True Friend Dale Pinnock – the Medicinal Chef™ – let everyone know how excited he is to be working with us, and our deliciously good honey. In fact, keep a lookout over the next few weeks as Dale whips up some deliciously good-for-you recipes for honey lovers.
