Shipping & Delivery

What we love most about our Manuka honey, is sharing it with you. Here’s where we ship to, and how it gets there and how long it takes.

SHIPPING TIMES

New Zealand: We have overnight shipping to most places so it should be there within 48 hours.

Australia: Orders to Australia (we cannot ship to Western Australia, see “where we ship to” below) should arrive at your door within 5 working days.

United Kingdom and other selected countries within Europe: We ship each working day for orders placed before 4pm. To most places your order should be there within 3-5 working days.

Please note some rural addresses could take longer. For other locations, please email us: hello@truehoney.co.nz or call us on 0508 Truehoney (0508 878 346) with your query and will come back to you.

DELIVERY COMPANY

New Zealand and Australia: We use NZ Post as our courier company. NZ Post won’t deliver to a PO Box, so you’ll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order.

United Kingdom and Europe: We use James and James warehousing who are based in the UK and they arrange a Courier most suited to your address. Couriers won’t deliver to a PO Box, so you’ll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order.

TRACKING

We’ll email you when we ship, detailing who we’ve shipped with and your unique tracking number. If your honey isn’t with you within the estimated shipping time, click on the link in your email notification, email hello@truehoney.co.nz or call 0508 Truehoney (0508 87846) and we’ll chase it up.

WHERE WE SHIP TO

Right now, we can directly ship to NZ, UK, Australia (with the exception of Western Australia as they have a higher quarantine regulation for bees and bee product) and the following European countries For other countries, please email us hello@truehoney.co.nz and within 24 hours (normal working days) we will respond and we’ll do what we can to make it happen.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

We ship our orders daily so if you find you have hit a button you wished you hadn’t (we’ve all been there), and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, then quickly buzz us and we’ll see if we can cancel the order.
