Shipping & Delivery
What we love most about our Mānuka honey, is sharing it with you. Here’s where we ship to, and how it gets there and how long it takes.
SHIPPING TIMES
New Zealand: 1-4 days
Australia: 5-8 days.
USA: 8-12 days
Please note some rural addresses could take longer.
CHRISTMAS ORDER CUT OFF DATES AND
HOLIDAY CLOSING DATES
During this busy season, to avoid disappointment we recommend ordering before the dates below to ensure Christmas parcels arrive on:
New Zealand - North Island - Monday 18th December
New Zealand - South Island - Sunday 17th December
Australia - Thursday 14th December
United States of America - Monday 11th December
We are closed from 22nd December - 8th January. To ensure your order is shipped before we close, please place your order no later than Wednesday 20th December. Any orders placed while we are closed will be dispatched after the 8th of January.
DELIVERY COMPANY
New Zealand: We use NZ Couriers. Couriers won't deliver to a PO Box number, so you'll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order.
Australia and USA: We use DHL as our courier company. DHL won’t deliver to a PO Box, so you’ll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order.
TRACKING
We’ll email you when we ship, detailing who we’ve shipped with and your unique tracking number. If your honey isn’t with you within the estimated shipping time, click on the link in your email notification, email hello@truehoney.co.nz and we’ll chase it up.
WHERE WE SHIP TO
Right now, we can directly ship to NZ, UK, USA and Australia (with the exception of Western Australia as they have a higher quarantine regulation for bees and bee product). For other countries, check out our stockist page or please email us hello@truehoney.co.nz and within 24 hours (normal working days) we will respond and we’ll do what we can to make it happen.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We ship our orders daily so if you find you have hit a button you wished you hadn’t (we’ve all been there), and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, then quickly buzz us and we’ll see if we can cancel the order.
