- New Zealand: 1-3 days
- Australia: 3-6 days
- Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and USA: 6-9 days

DELIVERY COMPANY
New Zealand: We use NZ Couriers. Couriers won't deliver to a PO Box number, so you'll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order.
Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and USA: We use DHL as our courier company. DHL won’t deliver to a PO Box, so you’ll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order.
TRACKING
We’ll email you when we ship, detailing who we’ve shipped with and your unique tracking number. If your honey isn’t with you within the estimated shipping time, click on the link in your email notification, email hello@truehoney.co.nz and we’ll chase it up.
DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders (outside of New Zealand) may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by the country to which they are shipped. These charges are not included in the product price or total price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery.
We are unable to calculate the duties and/or taxes your order may incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. For an accurate estimate, we recommend referring to the information available from your local customs office.

In the event of non-payment for any customs duties and/or taxes, your order will be returned to The True Honey Co., and refunded minus the original cost of shipping, the cost of returning the order to The True Honey Co., as well as any storage fees or penalty fees incurred as a result of non-payment.

Right now, we can directly ship to NZ, Singapore, Taiwan, USA and Australia (with the exception of Western Australia as they have a higher quarantine regulation for bees and bee product).
