Ingredients: New Zealand mānuka honey. Every batch is independently test for its methylglyoxal levels. This MGO 300+ mānuka honey is certified to contain at least 300mg/kg of methylglyoxal. Store at room temperature (below 20°C) in a cool, dark place, with the lid properly closed. No need to keep it in the fridge except in very hot or humid climates.
